Caduceus – Realtime Business Monitoring
By entering into a contract with Xaidat GmbH, a customer agrees (consent in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) that Xaidat GmbH collects, stores and processes their data from the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR.
Xaidat GmbH acts neither as a controller nor as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR with regard to the data that the customer transmits to the Caduceus servers. It is in no way responsible for the data that a customer transmits to the Caduceus servers, nor can it be held liable in this regard.

If you contact us by form on our website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions until the inquiry has been dealt with.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the providers. In this context, the respective provider acts as an order processor for our company within the meaning of the GDPR.

Transfer of Data to a Third Country

Our website uses functions of the company HubSpot Inc. with which we manage our customer database, use the form function and collect statistics. Our website uses Google Ads and the conversion tracking function of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, US. When you access our website via a Google ad, a cookie is placed on your computer. These so-called conversion cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve your personal identification. With Google Remarketing, ads can be placed for users who have already visited our website in the past. This allows customized advertisements to be displayed on our site within the Google advertising network. Google Remarketing uses cookies for this evaluation.

reCAPTCHA
To protect our forms (legitimate interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, US. By using this service, it can be distinguished whether the corresponding input is of human origin or misused by automated machine processing.
In this context, information such as IP addresses, information about operating systems and browsers or the referrer URL is transmitted to Google. Google uses this information, among other things, to digitize books and other printed matter and to optimize services such as Google Street View and Google Maps (e.g. house number and street name recognition).
The IP address transmitted as part of reCAPTCHA is not merged with other data from Google, unless you are logged into your Google account at the time of using the reCAPTCHA plug-in. If you want to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behavior on our website by Google, you must log out of Google before you visit our site or use the reCAPTCHA plug-in.
Your data will be stored for as long as required by the purposes for which it was collected. After that, your data will be deleted unless there are retention obligations to the contrary.
